Delivery
Does motogadget also ship outside of Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges apply and will be added at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are located. Paid orders within Europe take about 3-7 business days, deliveries abroad can take between 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return
What are the return conditions?
In general, all items purchased from our webshop can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Each return must be accompanied by a cancellation form. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
I bought elsewhere
Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased. We do not take back goods that were not purchased in our store.

If a product does not work properly within the legal warranty period, please contact our support (link on the home page) or the dealer from whom you purchased the product.

After you have contacted our support and a repair has been arranged, please fill out a repair form and send it back to us with the well-packed product.
