Order and shipping

Shipping within Germany is carried out by our contractual partner DHL/Deutsche Post.
The costs for a package of 0-5 kg ​​are EUR 5.95 (including VAT).

For the additional effort for payment and shipping by cash on delivery, additional costs of EUR 5.95 (including VAT) are also incurred.
Please note that DHL/Deutsche Post charges a transfer fee of EUR 2.00 when delivering and accepting the payment.

Abroad, DHL/Deutsche Post usually hands over the packages to the local or state postal service for delivery.
The costs for a package of abroad depend on the delivery address, shipping weight and the chosen package tariff.
Please refer to the respective costs when carrying out the ordering process (check-out).
You don't have to end the ordering process. Even if you send the order, nothing happens as long as we do not pay any payment.

Order and delivery time

Most items are usually available from warehouse. In principle, we always strive to send your order within a few days after receipt of payment.
Since we manufacture a variety of variants as a factory and depend on many suppliers, depending on the article, there may be longer delivery times. In these cases we ask for your understanding.

If possible, please try to order outside the usual high season (spring).

No shop

Please note that we do not operate our own shop. If you want to watch products or collect directly, you should make an appointment with us beforehand. Otherwise you may be in front of closed doors or we may not have the desired parts in stock.
